Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by emailing contact@collectroll.store

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions

  3. Send the item back following the provided instructions

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the standard return process for the original item

  • Place a new order separately for the desired item


European Union โ€” 14-Day Withdrawal Right

For orders shipped to the European Union:

  • You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason

  • Items must meet standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.)


Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected upon arrival

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
